When you send an enquiry, request a valuation or create a listing, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number and information about the boat.
Enquiry details are used to pass your message to the relevant seller and to follow up about that enquiry. Listing details are used to publish and support your listing on the marketplace.
Buyer enquiries are shared with the seller of the boat you contacted. We do not sell personal information.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time via the contact page.
