The ground rules for using the OnlySail marketplace.
OnlySail is a marketplace that connects boat buyers with private sellers, brokers and dealers. We are not a party to any sale and do not act as agent for either side unless separately agreed in writing.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Listings may be reviewed before publication to help maintain marketplace quality, and may be edited or removed if they are inaccurate, misleading or unlawful.
Enquiries must relate to a genuine interest in the boat. Using enquiry forms for unsolicited marketing is not permitted.
These terms will be finalised and versioned before OnlySail opens publicly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
